- • Increasing daily living skills
- • Accessing appropriate training or employment
- • Accessing community facilities
- • Build and maintain friendships
All staff are committed to encouraging residents to identify personal ambitions and goals. We work with the person to develop their support plans sensitive to these needs.
The staff team encourages good links with the local community mental health teams and other relevant professionals, ensuring that residents receive timely professional support.
Referrals are welcomed from the local community mental health teams, however we do consider self referrals and referrals from other statutory service providers. It is important the person being referred has either funding approval from Adults and Communities (Local Authority) or is able to meet the costs themselves either via Direct Payments or other means.
We are unable to take emergency admissions.
Like all care homes Charles Davies is inspected by CQC a copy can be requested by contacting the unit or via the CQC website.
