Community Centre Based

These services aim to support people based on their individual needs to support recovery, encouraging the development of skills and for people to become more involved in the local community. The services also provide the opportunity to meet with people who may have had similar experiences and develop social networks.

The staff team can offer support through key working and developing person centered plans.

Referral Information

Referrals are welcome from health services, social services and the voluntary sector. Some of the services will accept self referral with support from a GP. For more information please contact the service you are interested in.
