We have pleasure in introducing the Single Point of Access (SPA) service
From 22 November, referrals for people with mental health needs with Housing Related (Floating Support) needs will be directed through the SPA, reducing the need for multiple referrals and reducing waiting time, this will also provide service users with a greater choice of Service Provider.
Following the first contact with the SPA, we endeavour to arrange contact for completion of the application form within 3 days. The applicant will then be allocated a Provider of their choice or allocated to a Provider with the most support hours available.
The Providers that are involved in delivering the support are Anvil House, My Time, FCH, Birmingham Mind, SLC Group, Aspects Care, Praxis, Wesley Supported Accommodation, R and J Supported Accommodation.
