Self Help/Support Groups
Creating a space where people feel safe to share their views and experiences can be an important part of someone's recovery journey. Self help and support groups provide that safe space and people can find them very useful.

Self Help groups are entirely led by people with the particular issue that the group is set up to support, whereas support groups are groups that have staff involved in as well.
We currently have the following support/self help groups running:
- • Managing stress, anxiety and panic group
- • Voices Group
- • Stop Smoking Group
